Taking full-length SAT practice tests is an essential component of quality SAT prep. When students can get familiar with the test format and timing on each section, they build the necessary muscle memory to feel more confident on test day. For students with with paper-based accommodations, downloading and printing their practice SAT tests is the first step in the process.

SAT practice tests

Fortunately, full-length, downloadable SAT practice tests are available for free through The College Board. These paper tests are linear (nonadaptive), meaning that the second module of each section is not determined by the test-taker's performance on the first. They are intended as test-taking practice for students with paper-based accommodations.

Students without paper-based accommodations are discouraged from using these downloadable tests as full-length test-taking practice. Instead, we offer adaptive SAT practice tests online to provide the appropriate experience as practice for the online test day experience.

Whether your accommodation allows you to use paper-based tests, or you’ll take your test online, our SAT prep options have you covered!
