Tony had this firmness in this voice. Like a dad who NEEDS you to succeed. I was very eager to learn from him and he delivered. I've mentioned in my comments before, I am brand new to coding. So Tony didn't give me the answers but asked me what I thought about it trying to help the gears in my head turn. I loved the fact that he didn't give me the answers but rather helped me work through them.
