I think anyone that uses this service should first familiarize themselves with system. Possibly a video or a self guided tour of how to operate all the functions so that people don't waste time trying figure out how to navigate the pplatform.

I was finishing up an assignment for quantative class and the site disrupted our session, causing me and my tutor to exist out the session without finishing up my assignment forcefully. I was not done with the one question that took me a hour and a hald with my tutor right when we get the formula im exeted out, so i now either get a zero or go thru the whole hour and a half again bc i did not write it down fast enough, do better. I will not get these 3 hours back, i could have focused on my final essay for the semseter and n0w i have to waste another almost two hours just to get down to the help, awnsers, and formula i need. I just got done at 245 am. I am honestly pissed! what a complete waste of time and lack of sleep i got for.... NOTHING!! ZERO STARS! cant even go back and look at the conversation to get the formulas and numbers we worked on its late and im pissed i have to waste time on this again!
