Though the start of this session was a bit rocky for me and I still had difficulty grasping the concept, I allowed myself to relax my brain and take a deep breath. As I calmed myself, I opened my mind to receive the instruction being offered to me. In the end I got a better understanding of the concept I've been struggling with lately!
