This was my first time using this function and I have been at SNHU for a few terms thus far. I don't want to call Nisha P. rude but they should have a little more patience. If I am seeking a tutor then there is something that I don't understand or need help with. So to ask me pointed questions didn't help because if I had the answers to those questions then I would not need the service!! It was frustrating and I hope I get a different tutor next time if I come back to this. It was very discouraging to me in my opinion. I felt like I was expected to know the answers after I showed the answers that I had. I didn't like it but I won't let one session ruin it if I need help again.
