Lowell is an excellent tutor. This was my first time using the online tutoring system for this computer program class. I was stuck trying to calculate my program. Having the share screen allowed Lowell to see what I was doing wrong and correct the problem in real time. I feel so much better now. I had doubts about continuing with the course, but having the tutoring session gave me a lot more confidence to complete the course. Thank you, Lowell and CSU, Global for this wonderful tutoring resource.
