She could have been more help, yes she gave advice but I was expecting to be given some practice questions or something of that sorts.

Nothing to complain about the tutor, she was as helpful as she could be in her field of expertise. I selected the medical assisting section for tutors but apparently I got connected to a tutor in health something or other, not medical assisting. I might have done something wrong or it could have just been a mistake in the system.
