Career Experience

I am passionate about helping students learn inside and outside of the classroom. I taught first grade for three years and elementary ESL for one year. Outside of the classroom, I was a STEAM coach for elementary school students and taught students of all ages how to swim.

It would be nice if my child would be able to say where they are in IReady or what type of math they are struggling in instead of coming up with a problem. She is struggling with ratios and the tutor wanted my daughter to give her problems. This proved difficult since her math is all online and the tutor apparently got tired of waiting for her to find a problem.
