Career Experience
Electric engineer with postdoctoral work, color scientist, patent examiner, university professor, and researcher in image processing and machine learning (artificial intelligence). As an engineer, professor, and researcher I'm trained in math subjects such as stating and solving linear equations, working with polynomial, exponential and logarithmic models, expressing electric circuits and electric power as complex vectors as well as teaching advanced courses that rely on basic math knowledge such as algebra and pre-calculus: rational and irrational numbers, trigonometry, complex numbers, vector, matrices, state and solve systems of equations, functions and their inverse, as well as probability and statistics data analysis and its representation, applied to hypothesis testing and Bayesian inference.
I Love Tutoring Because
I've been a profesor and I love teaching, however normally a professor cannot teach each student individually and must comply with the class syllabus. On the other hand, a tutor can focus on a single student by providing interactive guidance, using different resources, that would enable the student to solve question(s) or problem(s) related to a given subject at her/his own pace, while understanding each step of the process.
