I missed clicking the box for voice which made the session take too much time, could there be an option to switch to voice mid way through the sesion please.

While my tutor was friendly and approachable, I found the session didn’t meet my needs regarding dosage calculations. I was hoping for more detailed explanations and step-by-step problem-solving. Unfortunately, I felt more confused afterwards since she didn’t write out the problems or clarify the concepts effectively. Although she did provide a helpful website for further study, I was really looking for more direct support during our time together.
