Appointment was scheduled from 9-9:30. I wasn't able to connect until 9:05. I was under the impression that it would be an audio/video session but it was just typing back and forth. Not what I needed. She was helpful in pointing out right away that she could not utilize her microphone and is connecting me to another tutor. However, I am 15 minutes into my planned session and still have not received the help I requested.
